By registering for this paintball tournament, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below:

1. Waiver of Liability: Participants acknowledge that paintball is a physically demanding sport and accept its inherent risks. You release the facility, organizers, and BELTS staff from any liability for injuries or damages.

2. Waiver Requirement: Players must sign a waiver before participating. The waiver form will be emailed to you, and all completed waiver forms must be submitted via email to: paintball@belts.com.bn.

3. Safety Rules: All participants must follow safety regulations, including wearing appropriate protective gear. Camouflage attire is prohibited, and participants are advised not to wear pink, as the pellets are dyed pink.

4. Conduct: Participants are expected to engage in fair play and show respect to others. Aggressive behavior or harassment will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the tournament.

5. Team Registration: Only one (1) team per company may participate in this tournament. All participants must be employees of the company.

6. Team Size: Each company may register a maximum of eight (8) players per team.

7. Team Composition: Each team must have at least four (4) male players, with a minimum of one (1) female player on the field at all times.

8. Registration Fee: A fee of BND 560.00 per team includes one (1) free box of paintballs. Each team is encouraged to purchase additional pellets.

9. Refund Policy: Registration fees are non-refundable. However, each team is allowed to change players before the event begins.

10. Tournament Format: The format is subject to change based on the number of registered teams. The tournament will include a group stage followed by knockout rounds, with matches played in a “Race to 2 points” format.

11. Additional Pellets: Available for purchase on-site throughout the tournament day(s) at BND 50.00 per box (2000 pellets).

12. Photography and Media Release: Participants consent to the use of their likeness in promotional materials related to the tournament.

13. Equipment Policy: Teams are not permitted to use their own paintball equipment (markers, tanks, loaders, and barrels). All tournament equipment will be provided by PAJ.
