- Assist in the administration and maintenance of compensation programs, including job evaluations, market analysis, salary surveys, and pay equity reviews.
- Support the annual salary review process, including budgeting, data analysis, and communication with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the salary team to ensure accurate and timely data management and reporting related to compensation and benefits.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on compensation-related matters, including policy interpretation, job offers, and promotions.
- Assist in designing and implementing employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct research and analysis to support the development of innovative and competitive compensation and benefits strategies.
- Assist in preparing communication materials and conducting training sessions related to compensation and benefits programs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to recommend improvements to existing programs.
Job Requirements: (Minimum Education/Qualifications & Experience requirement)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on compensation and benefits preferred.
Key Competence Required, not limited to:
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with salary systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
