Roles & Responsibilities, not limited to: (Job scope, Purpose and contacts)

  • Assist in the administration and maintenance of compensation programs, including job evaluations, market analysis, salary surveys, and pay equity reviews.
  • Support the annual salary review process, including budgeting, data analysis, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the salary team to ensure accurate and timely data management and reporting related to compensation and benefits.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on compensation-related matters, including policy interpretation, job offers, and promotions.
  • Assist in designing and implementing employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support the development of innovative and competitive compensation and benefits strategies.
  • Assist in preparing communication materials and conducting training sessions related to compensation and benefits programs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to recommend improvements to existing programs.

Job Requirements: (Minimum Education/Qualifications & Experience requirement)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on compensation and benefits preferred.

Key Competence Required, not limited to:

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with salary systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
