INVITATION FOR AN EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)
Royal Brunei Technical Services intends to invite interested Contractors to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to participate in the tender for Renovation and Restoration Works for RBTS Building in Salar Industrial Area (Ref: RBTS/EOI/VMC01).
The tender is split into 2 work scopes.
- Renovation Work
i. Project management and renovation works which include, but is not limited to; civil works, network & communications cabling, raise flooring, air- conditioning, plumbing/sanitary work etc and other allied works.
ii. Upon completion of renovation, the Contractor shall provide manpower and the necessary tools and equipment to move the existing office furniture, equipment and files to the new office. - Restoration Work
Restoration works for the existing office.
Both work shall be completed and handed over by June 2020.
Required Documentation
Interested parties should be local contractors who are registered with the Ministry of Development, Brunei Darussalam with Class III or Class IV and with minimum categories of KA01, KPB11, M01 and E01. Contractors are required to submit the following:

- Appendix B
- Company’s Profile (including company’s experience in providing the relevant services)
All submissions must be submitted via email to box5@rbts.com.bn latest by 1200hrs (Brunei Local Time) on Friday, 20th September 2019.
For reference purposes, please state the EOI title and reference number: RBTS/EOI/VMC01 as email subject in your submission together with all the relevant documentations as mentioned above.
